In Our Conversation Today, We’re Exploring:
Is the way that you are okay for the workplace?
What you must ask yourself when you’re being told the way you are isn’t working
The importance of knowing your options when you’re told something about the way you are in the workplace needs to change
Can you keep your values intact while building a toolkit that allows for flexibility?
What you need to work through before giving someone feedback that will require them to change something about the way they are
It’s been a minute since we’ve been here on the podcast, and we’re honestly not sure where the first quarter of the year went. When we released the last episode in January, we had the best intentions of consistently releasing episodes, and all of a sudden, three months had gone by.
We’re back again, though, and the topic for this week’s episode is one that we’ve not only both worked with clients on, but one we have also experienced ourselves.
We believe this is a great episode to kick off the rest of our 2026 episodes, and we hope it’s one you’ll resonate with as well.
